Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policy is in place: 1. Late Arrivals: • If you are running late, please call as soon as possible to notify us. • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This ensures adequate time for all clients and prevents delays in the schedule. 2. No-Show Policy: • If you fail to show up for two consecutive appointments without notice, all future appointments will be canceled, and you will need to rebook any upcoming sessions. • After three no-shows, all appointments must be booked and completed within the same week as scheduling. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations: • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
